Rose's newest show is in a museum, hosted by the Commune of Monte                  Santa Maria Tiberina, Umbria. There are over 46 paintings, spanning over a decade. Many              pieces are still owned by the artist, and some represent what is now being called 'a secret diary' of the artist.

This perfectly executed flower painting is to be featured in a group of flower paintings exhibited in a prominent Californian gallery. For more information please contact William's website manager at www.william-balthazar-rose.co.uk . These flower paintings were painted by the artist in the last year. Rose says that flowers offer the artist one of the best ways to tune one's colour.

William Balthazar Rose was caught on camera (being followed by a youthful fan) by a member of the paparazzi. Rose values his privacy and lives in a remote part of Umbria so as to maintain it. The increased interest in his painting has meant a surge in its value and a consequent interest in the artist himself.  The artist requires a great deal of seclusion in order to work.

a most amusing painting was seen at the Brian Sinfield Gallery in Burford England www.briansinfield.com/197_william-balthazar-rose.htm

an important critic, responding to the piece said though the subject conveyed the tension of certain international conflicts, the work itself was timeless. A very influential private client is believed to have purchased the piece.

William has been sited in Umbria with an important friend from the acting profession.

His painting "Prayers" on show at the Brian Sinfield Gallery has had a lot of interest
however it is still considered too controversial for most buyers. The image seems harmonious, however
the content is to say the least complex. Under the quiet veneer exists a most intense discourse.
